The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ramadame. Ramadame operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to customers (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information concerning orders, payments, shipping, returns, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.

Section 1 – Access and Customer Accounts

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for a minor dependent to use the Services under your supervision.

To access or use certain Services, including placing an order, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the legal right to provide and use that information.

If customer account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your customer account to another person.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been accessed or used without authorization.

Section 2 – Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, colors, prices, and availability information.

However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and other technical factors.

Sizing and fit may also vary by product style, material, construction, and individual body or foot measurements. Any general size guide is provided as a reference, and customers should also review the information displayed on the applicable product page.

We do not guarantee that every product’s appearance, fit, or color will be identical to how it appears on a particular screen.

Product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability may be updated when reasonably necessary. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or other parties purchasing for unauthorized commercial resale.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization, availability, fraud screening, billing verification, shipping-address verification, and acceptance by Ramadame.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Unsuccessful payment authorization
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Incorrect or incomplete billing or shipping information
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or product-information errors
  • Order quantity restrictions
  • Shipping limitations
  • Violation of these Terms or another store policy

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate requests submitted before processing begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipping has started.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are intended for lawful personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices, Payments and Billing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Services are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing or technical errors as permitted by law.

The final checkout amount may include:

  • Product prices
  • Applicable taxes
  • Shipping charges, if any
  • Promotional discounts
  • Other charges clearly disclosed before purchase

Ramadame currently provides free standard shipping on eligible United States orders, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Promotional codes must be entered before the order is submitted. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to a completed order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, contact, and account information and to promptly update that information when necessary.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The payment provider may authorize the applicable charges
  • You will pay the total amount displayed at checkout

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Ramadame currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Our standard shipping terms are:

  • Order cutoff time: 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET)
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated transit time: 6–9 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
  • Standard shipping cost: Free for eligible United States orders

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays.

All delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier interruptions, severe weather, transportation issues, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, verification requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may require additional time to become active in the carrier’s system.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Ramadame is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Subject to applicable law, title and risk of loss may pass to the customer when the order is transferred to the shipping carrier. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws or our store policies.

Section 6 – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must be in new condition and meet all applicable return eligibility requirements.

Ramadame accepts eligible exchanges, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and obtaining a return label for standard non-defective returns or exchanges unless our customer service team confirms otherwise.

Ramadame does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before mailing a product. The business address listed in these Terms should not be used as a return address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to use it.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including applicable text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio, software, page layouts, and designs, are owned by or licensed to Ramadame, Shopify, or the applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing by the relevant rights holder, you may not:

  • Reproduce or republish protected content
  • Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Publicly display or perform protected content
  • Download, store, or transmit content for unauthorized purposes
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use intellectual property belonging to Ramadame, Shopify, or another rights holder except for the limited right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Ramadame name, logo, and applicable brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.

Shopify’s names, logos, product names, and brand elements are trademarks belonging to Shopify or its affiliates.

Other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 8 – Optional and Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or services operated by third parties.

We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party tools. Access may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

Your use of an optional third-party tool is at your discretion and may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policy.

You should review the applicable third-party terms before using such tools.

We may introduce new tools, resources, or features in the future. Unless otherwise stated, those additions will form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.

Section 9 – Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to websites, resources, applications, or platforms operated by third parties.

Ramadame is not responsible for examining or verifying the accuracy, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

If you choose to visit or use a third-party service, you do so subject to that third party’s terms and privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramadame is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from transactions or interactions conducted directly with third parties.

Questions or complaints concerning a third-party product or service should be directed to the applicable third party.

The presence of a third-party link does not by itself indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

Section 10 – Relationship With Shopify

Ramadame is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Ramadame.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Ramadame and is not responsible for the sales transaction between you and Ramadame, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased from Ramadame.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Ramadame.

Section 11 – Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify according to the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information concerning access to and use of the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and supported third parties, including providers located in countries other than where you reside.

Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how Ramadame, Shopify, and applicable service providers collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Section 12 – Feedback, Reviews and Submissions

If you submit, upload, publish, email, or otherwise provide ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, photographs, comments, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Ramadame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

This license applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not transfer ownership of your Feedback to Ramadame.

You represent that:

  • You own the Feedback or have permission to submit it
  • The Feedback is accurate and not intentionally misleading
  • You have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in connection with it
  • The Feedback does not violate applicable law or another party’s rights
  • The Feedback does not contain malware or harmful code

We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is unlawful, abusive, misleading, obscene, defamatory, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

You remain responsible for Feedback submitted by you.

Section 13 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct clear errors, update information, or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

If an order is canceled because of an error after payment has been collected, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to customers under applicable law.

Section 14 – Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purposes
  • To violate applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances
  • To infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
  • To harass, abuse, threaten, defame, intimidate, or harm another person
  • To transmit false, deceptive, or misleading information
  • To impersonate another person, company, or organization
  • To distribute spam, phishing messages, malware, viruses, or harmful code

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that these Terms have been violated.

This section applies if you use or deploy software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person or organization (“Agent”) to access or interact with the Services.

An Agent may not access or interact with the Services if we have instructed it not to do so or if its access violates these Terms.

We may use technical measures to limit or control Agent access.

Any Agent accessing the Services must:

  • Clearly identify itself as an automated agent
  • Include its name in its user-agent string where technically applicable
  • Not conceal or misrepresent its automated nature
  • Not imitate human behavior to avoid detection
  • Not complete or bypass CAPTCHAs or other protective measures
  • Respond truthfully to requests asking whether the interaction is automated
  • Not circumvent measures that restrict or control automated access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including when a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, threatens the security of the Services, or causes harm to Ramadame, Shopify, customers, or others.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or amounts that arose before the termination date.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, privacy, and outstanding payment obligations.

Section 17 – Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and general information presented through them are provided for informational and shopping purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and functional Services, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, timely, completely secure, or error-free.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY RAMADAME OR REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ADDITIONAL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 18 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAMADAME AND ITS APPLICABLE OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS DISCLOSED.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Section 19 – Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ramadame, Shopify, and their applicable affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms
  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim when required. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of the claim.

We will not settle a claim in a manner that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your reasonable consent.

Section 20 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 21 – Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules posted through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ramadame concerning use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications relating to the same subject.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will be interpreted according to applicable law and will not automatically be construed against either party.

Section 22 – Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Section 23 – Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any separate agreements through which Ramadame provides the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that must be brought in court will be subject to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections available in the consumer’s place of residence.

Section 24 – Headings

Headings are included for convenience and organization only. They do not limit or otherwise affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Section 25 – Changes to These Terms

The current version of these Terms can be reviewed on this page at any time.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, revised Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
